SHIPPING
PAYPAL:
When selecting this form of payment, you will be redirected to a Paypal page. When the required data has been completed, it will automatically return to the special page to complete the order. With Paypal you can pay with a card or do it through your Paypal account if you have it.
STRIPE:
Stripe is the payment platform for credit or debit cards. It is a system that does not redirect to any web, you will only have to enter your data and in an easy, fast and above all, secure way, the charge of your order will be made to your card. At no time 5special will be able to visualize your banking information.
BANK TRANSFER:
When you select this payment option, we will send you an email detailing the details of your order to your email and we will indicate our bank details so that you can make the payment by transfer later. If you want you can send the payment receipt to shop@5special.com so that we can prepare your order, but keep in mind that we will not send it until the payment is confirmed, which usually takes a couple of working days depending on the bank .
SHIPS AND DEADLINES NATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
5Special shipments are made through Seur or Certified Correos.
The general rate for Spain is 5.50€ and orders will be deposited in Seur the next working day after placing the order. From there a period of 3-4 days is established in which you will receive your order at the indicated address. In case the postman fails to deliver the package a first time, he will leave you a notice that he has been at that address, and a second attempt will be made; Finally, if it has not been delivered this time, the package will be deposited in your corresponding office in Seur so that you can comfortably pick it up within 15 days.
Baleares: 9,95€ shipping, free from 70€ order. Estimated delivery time of 2 0r 3 working days.
Canarias: 30€ shipping, free from 130€ order. Estimated delivery time of 2 0r 3 working days.
Andorra: 12€ shipping, free from 58€ order. Estimated delivery time of 2 0r 3 working days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
Shipments will be made through the Seur service or Certified Correos and Shipping costs and delivery times vary from one country to another but we can establish, more or less, the following deadlines and specify shipping costs. Please bear in mind that these delivery times are estimated and depend a lot on the Seur service of each country.
Portugal: 6,5€ shipping costs, free from 58€ on order. Estimated delivery time of 5 to 9 working days.
European price: 12€ shipping, free from 80€ order. Estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 working days.
World price: The delivery time depends on several factors, but we can estimate that in 15-20 working days it could be at your destination. In no case will special 5 be responsible for the possible expenses that are derived from the procedures in the Customs.
Zone 1 includes: Belgium, France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Luxembourg, United Kingdom / 12€
Zone 2 includes: Austria, Denmark, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Slovenia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgary, Croatia, Gibraltar, Romania / 20€
CHANGES AND RETURNS OF RETURNS:
The goal of 5special is that you are totally satisfied with our products but if for any reason you want to change it please send us an email to shop@5special.com and we will process the return. Keep in mind that you have 15 days to think about it and that the return of used garments and their original packaging will not be accepted. After contacting us we will tell you where you have to send your order, these charges are at your expense, and once we receive it and verify that everything is correct, we will enter the amount of the order in the same form in which it was paid. If it has been an order with free shipping (for an amount of more than € 40), and after returning the items you do not want, you will not reach the minimum of € 40, we will refund the value of the returned items minus the shipping costs (3.5 €).
CHANGES:
If you have wrong size or want another press there is no problem. Send us an email to shop@5special.com and we’ll talk. We will tell you where you have to send the garments you want to change but keep in mind that we do not accept the change of used garments or that they do not have their original packaging. By sending us these items, these charges will be at your expense, and we will proceed to make the change once we have checked that everything is correct for this you will have to make a new order on the web.
FORMAS DE PAGO
PAYPAL:
Al seleccionar esta forma de pago, se redireccionará a una página de Paypal. Cuando se hayan completado los datos requeridos, se volverá automáticamente a la página de 5special para finalizar el pedido. Con Paypal puedes pagar con tarjeta o hacerlo a través de tu cuenta Paypal si la tuvieses.
STRIPE:
Stripe es la plataforma de pago para tarjetas de crédito o débito. Es un sistema que no redirige a ninguna web, sólo tendras que introducir tus datos y de una forma fácil, rápida y sobre todo, segura, se realizará el cargo de tu pedido a tu tarjeta. En ningún momento 5special podrá visualizar tus datos bancarios.
TRANSFERENCIA BANCARIA:
Cuando seleccionas esta opción de pago, te enviaremos un mail detallando los datos de tu pedido a tu email y te indicaremos nuestros datos bancarios para que realices el pago por transferencia después. Si quieres puedes enviarnos el justificante de pago a shop@5special.com para que vayamos preparando tu pedido, pero ten en cuenta que no lo enviaremos hasta que el pago esté confirmado, lo que suele tardar un par de días laborables dependiendo de la entidad bancaria.
ENVÍO Y PLAZOS
ENVÍOS NACIONALES:
Los envíos de 5special se realizan a través de Seur o Correos Certificado. La tarifa general para España es de 5,50 € y. Los pedidos se depositarán en Seur al día siguiente laborable después de hacer el pedido. A partir de ahí se establece un plazo de 3-4 días en el que recibirás tu pedido en la dirección indicada. En caso de que el cartero no consiga entregar el paquete una primera vez, te dejará un aviso de que ha estado en esa dirección, y se realizará un segundo intento; finalmente si tampoco se ha podido entregar en esta ocasión, el paquete quedará depositado en tu oficina correspondiente de Seur para que pases cómodamente a recogerlo en los 15 días siguientes.

ENVÍOS INTERNACIONALES:
Los envíos se realizarán a través del servicio de Seur o Correos Certificado y los gastos de envío y plazos de entrega varían de un país a otro pero podemos establecer, más o menos, los siguientes plazos y concretar los gastos de envío. Por favor, ten en cuenta que estos plazos de entrega son estimados y dependen mucho del servicio de Seur de cada país.
- Portugal: 6,5 € de gastos de envío, gratuitos a partir de 58€ de pedido. Plazo estimado de entrega de 5 a 9 días laborables.
- Resto del mundo: 30 € de gastos de envío. El plazo de entrega depende de diversos factores, pero podemos estimar que en 15-20 días laborables podría estar en su destino.

En ningún caso 5special se hará cargo de los posibles gastos que se deriven de los trámites en la Aduana.
CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES
DEVOLUCIONES:
El objetivo de 5special es que estés totalmente satisfecho con nuestros productos pero si por cualquier razón quieres cambiarlo por favor envíanos un mail ashop@5special.com y tramitaremos la devolución. Ten en cuenta que tienes 15 días para pensártelo y que no se admitirá la devolución de prendas usadas y sin sus embalajes originales. Tras ponernos en contacto te diremos a dónde tienes que enviar tu pedido, estos portes corren a tu cargo, y una vez que lo recibamos y comprobemos que está todo correcto te ingresaremos el importe del pedido en la misma forma en la que fue pagado. Si ha sido un pedido con gastos de envío gratuito (por un importe de más de 40 €), y tras la devolución de las prendas que no quieras no se llega al mínimo de 40€, te devolveremos el valor de las prendas devueltas menos los gastos de envío (5,5€).
CAMBIOS:
Si te has equivocado de talla o quieres otra prensa no hay problema. Envíanos un mail a shop@5special.com y hablamos. Te diremos dónde nos tienes que enviar las prendas que quieras cambiar pero ten en cuenta que no admitimos el cambio de prendas usadas o que no tengan sus embalajes originales. Al enviarnos estas prendas, estos portes correrán a tu cargo, y procederemos a efectuar el cambio una vez que hayamos revisado que está todo correcto para ello tendrás que realizar un nuevo pedido en la web.
